I am an HR Consultant whose mission is to work with people and organisations to make positive, impactful change happen. I help leaders make changes and teams shift gears to ensure their strategies and projects are successful. 

 

I have worked in HR for over 20 years (up to HR Director level) driving improvement in teams, re-aligning HR to the business need and partnering the business through change and growth, whilst delivering results in pressured timeframes to tight budget. 

 

Before specialising in HR, I was an operations manager who managed large teams, so I am aware of the commercial pressures that businesses face and this enables me to provide proactive practical solutions for clients and allows me to connect quickly with line managers to help them achieve their goals.

I am a fully qualified Chartered Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). I also hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies (DMS), an MA in Strategic HR and a NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health.
